- Liaise with couriers to arrange deliveries
- Keep clients up to date on stock levels and delivery times
- Resolve issues and provide excellent customer service

- Experinece in an office based customer service or Admin role (desireable)
- Strong IT skills able to pick up new systems
- Strong time management skills
- Friendly, personable and bubbly
- Keen to learn and develop skills
