A reputable and highly successful team is looking to recruit an experienced Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitor to support the team's ambitious growth plans.

THE CANDIDATE:

Ideal Contentious Trusts and Probate Solicitors will have at least 3 years PQE in advising across the broad spectrum of contentious private client matters.

The firm are keen to hear from individuals who have experience of dealing with Will validity claims,estate administration disputes, trust disputes, Claims under the Inheritance.

This is the perfect opportunity for an ambitious Solicitor with excellent communication and client care skills along with a solid technical proficiency in all aspects of contentioustrust and probate.
