This is the job:


Joining the AA as
Head of Transformation, you will play a key role in defining, delivering and co-ordinating the AA's strategic transformation.

You will be responsible for managing the Transformation portfolio, developing and maintaining an enterprise-wide delivery roadmap.


What will I be doing?:


  • Playing a central role in the Group Transformation leadership team, developing the function to successfully lead the AA's strategic change
  • Managing the AA's transformation portfolio, ensuring we deliver the right outcomes for the right spend and running portfoliolevel governance, balancing control with pace of delivery.
  • Responsible for running the fortnightly Transformation Committee, the senior decisionmaking group oversighting the transformation portfolio
  • Working closely with executive and leadership team across the business to ensure the success of the company's portfolio
  • Responsible for undertaking regular portfolio reviews to ensure in line with strategy and budget

What do I need?:


Capability, Knowledge and Experience:


  • Extensive programme management and project delivery experience
  • Comprehensive planning, strategy, and business case development
  • Experience of budget management with awareness & understanding of OPEX and CAPEX
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, able to influence and constructively challenge up to an exec level
  • Leading a high performing team
