Do you have strong administration experience with great confidence skills when making calls? Are you looking to develop your sales experience? If so, this Sales Administrator role may be the one for you


UK Power Solutions has an exciting opportunity in the Commercial Support Department for a Sales Administrator to join the team You will be providing administrative support the Sales process where your contribution will play a supporting role for the sales team in achieving key targets.


Role Responsibilities

  • Research new opportunities using various platforms, Glenigans, social media, planning portals and construction news
  • Identifying new contacts
  • Cleanse current client contacts
  • Accurate identification of account categories
  • Use of (CRM) database to update and cleanse legacy projects and accounts.
  • Prequalify new opportunity information or follow up on new quoted opportunities with a defined criteria i.e specific value or budget quotes
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns and support trade shows, job fairs etc to increase company's market awareness where needed
  • Continual CRM database maintenance
  • Support sales strategy to prospect specific projects or accounts.
  • Achieve agreed specific KPI's i.e Pre enquiry to new enquiry
  • Regular communication with your peers, team approach.

About you

Core Competencies / Skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English is required
  • Good ability to think outside the box
  • You will need to be well organized and driven to support the overall sales team target.
  • Be a tenacious character.
  • Must have the ability to communicate using different mediums to prospect key stakeholders
  • Good telephone manner essential
  • Selfmotivated but able to work well in a team environment.
  • IT literate and proficient with Microsoft office software.

Experience/Qualifications

  • Proven sales support/administration experience but not essential
  • Proven track record in telephony sales prospecting
  • Experience of new connections markets (desirable)
