We are brave, we are ambitious, we are honest, and we are Citizen*Reporting to the Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for the sales of Citizens Housing stock.

Our area of operation is throughout the West Midlands.

The role is based on site, however you will be required to work between sites including, Coventry, Birmingham, Hereford, Worcester, Shropshire and Dudley (West Midlands area).


You will liaise with competitors and estate agents on a weekly basis to ascertain that your development values are in line with market conditions and competitors and sell shared ownership properties as and when required.

This role will include weekend working.


In housing you can make a real difference, the role of Sales Advisor will involve:

  • Undertaking market research on a weekly basis to ascertain whether sales values set on a development are competitive with current market conditions
  • Achieving sales for the group on both private and shared ownership properties
  • Liaising with sales and site staff on a regular basis to communicate any changes relating to our customers circumstances or requirements
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legislation associated with the role
  • Processing sales in other areas of the business as and when required
  • Working within budgets set by the Head of Sales
  • Ensuring websites and marketing material is up to date, advertise current incentives and information relating to your development
  • Arranging customer valuations on site relating to current reservations, to ensure valuers have all information they require to process to survey

As Sales Advisor, we need you to have:

  • Experience working for a new homes' developer within a similar role
  • Knowledge of the new homes industry
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Full clean, UK driving license
  • The ability to work on an individual basis and as part of a team
