A international full service law firm are currently looking to recruit an experienced Law Costs Draftsman/Solicitor to join their Manchester team working on a broad range of matters including paying and receiving party costs, budgeting and associated advocacy.

You will be required to have experience in costs, experience running own multi-track costs cases on behalf of the paying party and costs budgeting experience.

Duties include

  • Assessing and negotiating settlement of multitrack costs, including handling of related costs proceedings
  • Drafting own party and opposing third party cost budgets
  • Pursuing costs recoveries including bill drafting
