BARTENDER

Mission:
Makes drinks and serve guests in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with Sequence of Service.

What will you be doing?

Manage the operation of their outlet.
Carry out total control and daily inventory of crockery, glassware, cutlery, table linen, table centrepieces, decorations.
Report on the status of their outlet, according to internal procedure.
Supervise and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of their outlet.
Control and supervise the correct lighting, air conditioning and music in their outlet.
Monitor the status of their menus, wine lists, promotions.
Ensure compliance with the layout by outlet according to brand.
Ensure compliance with their outlet's opening and closing checklist.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
