SALARY PACKAGE £18-20 PER HOUR - 20 HOURS A WEEK OVER 4/5 DAYS - FLEXIBILITY NEEDED
My client is looking for an experienced
Property Manager to join their team.

As a
Property Manager you will be tasked with managing the companies portfolio of flats and HMO rooms; delivering a fast, effective and professional service.

You need to be conscientious, hard-working and flexible.

Highly organised
Attention to detail
An excellent communicator
Knowledge of residential lettings legislation
Local area knowledge (Maidstone)
Have a car and driving licence
Ability to work on own and remotely

Key responsibilities and activities will include:

Managing the property portfolio of flats and HMO's.
Be the first point of contact for the tenants
Weekly Fire alarm testing
Keep spare room adverts up to date
Prepare rooms for viewings (Staging & photography)
Book & attend viewings
Move tenants in/out and complete all contracts and associated paperwork
Liaise with and assist company Directors
Manage the cleaning and maintenance teams
Collect meter readings
Quarterly house inspections
Deal with any complaints
Carry out general office duties
