Centrality has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their friendly team.

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in growing our customer base in both direct and indirect channels.

To be successful in this role,you'll have a proven track record in new business sales, and will have responsibility for growing and retaining our existing customer base in the IT Managed Service Sector.

You'll be working at CXO level, so will be comfortable working at this level, understandingthe customer's strategic vision and operational plans, you'll need and extensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem and be able to tailor our services to meet client needs, you'll become the client's trusted advisor, allowing you to maximise opportunitiesfor long term growth.

You'll need to have the following Qualifications, skills, and experience for this role:
Solid understanding of Azure Cloud, Microsoft M365 and security propositions within a consulting and annuity stream business.
At least 3 years' experience within a Business Development role at an IT Managed Service Provider
Demonstrable experience in signing allocated leads and sales target overachievement.
Charismatic individual, with an ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
Nurturing style to cultivate opportunities, and handle objections.
Proactive in approach, an attentive listener, confident in use of probing questions
Able to lead internal and external stakeholder groups and influence to achieve win-win outcomes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - both written and oral.
Strong organisational, planning and time management skills.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and calm demeanour when under high pressure.
High level of numeracy, literacy and able to generate and present high-quality documentation.
Commercially astute
Clean driving license, open to travel
