We are looking for a reliable and experienced
Project Officer to support our Strategic Systems Manager on a permanent basis.
Project Officer you will be earning £26,000 working
37.5 hours per week Monday - Friday.
What will I be doing as a Project Officer?
Working as part of our Strategic Systems team your daily tasks will mainly consist of:
- Assisting, supporting and controlling key projects and strategies
- Organising and scheduling of meetings, taking minutes
- Facilitating project communications
- Controlling changes to project scopes, schedules and costs
- Coordinating internal resource and third parties for project delivery
- Drafting and formatting of documents and presentations
- Providing control and reporting measures and documents
Bring the Skills and Experience of
- A Project Management certification such as PRINCE2, ScrumMaster or similar
- Participation in large and smallscale project delivery
- Procurement and solution evaluation
- Systematic, objective and analytical thinking
- Working within a budgetary environment
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex narratives effectively across a range of stakeholders at different levels
- Using Microsoft Office products
- Using project management software
It would be beneficial if you have
- Experience of the public transport industry and/or logistics industry
- Full UK Driving Licence
