Customer Support Executive to join our client in Knaresborough.

Within the role you will act as a brand ambassador, showing exemplary product knowledge, ensuring that you meet the client's requirements in the most efficient manner possible.
As the successful Customer Support Executive your duties will include:
- Act as first point of contact for all customers, ensuring a friendly service is instantly portrayed.
- Investigate customer's requirements to understand needs and advise on suitable products.
- Action any queries which will involve follow up and coordination with both internal and external parties.
- Support with any technical product queries, ensuring the customer is left satisfied.
- Establish great customer rapport ensuring a firstclass service is delivered at all times and trust is gained instantly.
- Communicate with internal teams to solve any problems and report back to customers within company SLAs.
- Actively be involved in training sessions, ensuring you constantly enhance product knowledge and remain up to date with company processes.
- Support those around you to ensure a positive working culture.
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing ideas and suggestions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within a customer service environment
- Enjoy building positive working relationships
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
- Ideally to have worked on a CRM system
- Show a level of flexibility in your approach
- Computer literate
- Positive mindset
- Ability to drive with access to a vehicle
