Customer Support Executive to join our client in Knaresborough.

Within the role you will act as a brand ambassador, showing exemplary product knowledge, ensuring that you meet the client's requirements in the most efficient manner possible.


As the successful Customer Support Executive your duties will include:

  • Act as first point of contact for all customers, ensuring a friendly service is instantly portrayed.
  • Investigate customer's requirements to understand needs and advise on suitable products.
  • Action any queries which will involve follow up and coordination with both internal and external parties.
  • Support with any technical product queries, ensuring the customer is left satisfied.
  • Establish great customer rapport ensuring a firstclass service is delivered at all times and trust is gained instantly.
  • Communicate with internal teams to solve any problems and report back to customers within company SLAs.
  • Actively be involved in training sessions, ensuring you constantly enhance product knowledge and remain up to date with company processes.
  • Support those around you to ensure a positive working culture.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions, providing ideas and suggestions.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience within a customer service environment
  • Enjoy building positive working relationships
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ideally to have worked on a CRM system
  • Show a level of flexibility in your approach
  • Computer literate
  • Positive mindset
  • Ability to drive with access to a vehicle

As the successful Customer Support Executive you will be rewarded with a salary between £21,000 - £24,000 per annum.

You will be required to work 37 hours per week within a varied shift pattern which includes some early finishes.
