CMA Recruitment Group is working in partnership with an expanding group of companies, seeking growth via M&A activity over the next two years, to recruit an established Financial Controller who has potential to progress to Finance Director.


What will the role involve?

  • Implement standard financial operating systems and procedures for each subsidiary;
  • Align accounting policies and reporting;
  • Align systems across the group (currently a mix of sage, xero and quick books);
  • Assist the implementation of a group consolidation and MI system and generate relevant and timely MI;
  • Support acquisition activity and help quickly embed financial reporting for all new acquisitions;
  • Support CEO when fund raising with investors/lenders.

What will you need?

  • Full qualification ACA, ACCA or CIMA;
  • Comprehensive financial control experience in a handson capacity;
  • Group consolidation and / or M&A exposure desirable;
  • Tangible ambition with the desire to progress.
