37 hours per week, (39 weeks, term time only, plus 1 week)

Castle Donington College is a small 11-16 school. We have 660 pupils on role across five-year groups (Years 7 to 11).

The College is situated on the Northwest edge of Leicestershire on the Leicestershire, Derbyshire, and Nottinghamshire border and within 30 minutes' drive of Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Loughborough and Burton, being close to the M1 and A50.

We are seeking a strong individual to act as our First Aid Leader at the College. This is a new role created to offer further support to our pupils.

When not dealing with pupil first aid, we offer a Reception and Administrative role as part of a wider Office/ Reception team.

This will include a specific responsibility each morning for monitoring punctuality and reporting any pupil arriving late to school, using College systems.

You will need to demonstrate a commitment to Health and safety.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with young people and be comfortable to administer first aid as appropriate; who can be kind and patient and who is flexible and able to respond well to the unexpected.

You will be communicating with parents and external providers (Teen Health, Immunisations Team) as well as interacting with our pupils.
