Global Membership Body

Central London - Hybrid Working (2 days in the office 3 working days from home

Salary:
£50,000

ASAP start - Temp to Perm

My client, a leading professional membership body, is currently recruiting for a Head of Events to develop and deliver a strategic events programme for their international membership body.

Duties:

Lead on flagship events (conferences, awards, and dinners).
Develop existing events and create new events to increase revenue.
Manage services provided for domestic and international destinations including venue sourcing, contract negotiation and site visits.
Supplier sourcing, negotiation and contracting.
Organise all logistics and operations including food and beverages, AV and technical production, hotels, ground transportation, virtual event vendors, provide and deliver on the administration of mobile apps, staff flights ad accommodation, on site deliveryand attend Washup meetings.
Advise Working Groups/Committees on suggested promotional materials and liaise with the marketing and graphic team.
Delegate registration management using Eventbrite and CRM
Issue of visa invitations and general assistance.
People Management event coordinators and freelancers.
