Our client is a market leading firm in the North West, that has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join the highly regarded Real Estate team.

You will ideally have between 4-8 years' PQE and be an ambitious individual who has a real passion for real estate law.

Experience of working within the healthcare sector would be advantageous, but not essential.

The role will involve a varied mix of work across both the private and public sector, handling a varied caseload including but not limited to sales, acquisitions, and secured lending work as well as landlord and tenant matters and corporate relocations.
