HR Officer

Belfast

Up to £32,000 plus benefits
An exciting opportunity to join a successful, growing multisite business at their Belfast operation and offering hybrid working


Reporting to and supporting the HR Manager you will work across all HR aspects and challenges within a growing business, this will include:

  • Recruitment & selection
  • Statutory reporting
  • Support and guidance to Line Managers and employees in line with HR policies, procedures and appropriate legislation
  • Absence Management
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR Policies and Procedures

About you

  • Have gained at least 2 years within an HR role
  • Ideally, CIPD qualified.
  • Experience in the use of Time and Attendance systems
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • The sound level of IT skills
  • Union / TUPE experience is desirable.
  • Driving license
