We are looking for a highly motivated administration support officer to work in our People and Organisational Development Team. You will support both our temporary resource staffing and job evaluation teams by providing a comprehensive administrative function.

You will join a small and well established team and must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. If this sounds of interest, come and have a chat with us about the role.


The support officer will be involved in the day-to-day administration of the Bank service, including recruitment and advertising of roles, pre-employment onboarding checks, new appointment administration forms, issuing terms of engagement and creating timesheets for any new bank workers.

The support officer will also provide administrative duties relating to the NWSSP job evaluation (JE) process.

This includes managing the JE action point, coordinating all requests for evaluation of new and changed jobs in compliance with the NHS Job Evaluation Scheme.

All work undertaken will be supervised by a manager with the department.

They will be expected to provide a first-class service to the organisation ensuring the services we offer are responsive to Service needs of our internal customers, within the bounds of effective governance and quality assurance.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
