Management Accountant - Hull - To £32,000

Management Accountant Responsibilities:

Supporting the FC with the production of the weekly P&L
Producing daily labour variances
Providing cover for the FC when needs, including taking over with the weekly accounts preparation
Preparing the payment runs and reviewing the purchase ledger
Conducting bank reconciliations
Preparing VAT Return
Providing payroll cover when the head Payroller is off, this is for 40 people on a weekly basis
Provide cover for the Accounts Assistants
Responsible for customer overriders/rebates/support provisions
Maintaining the fixed asset register
Month end tasks accruals prepayments, reviewing the ledgers, reconciliations

Required Skills & Experience:

Experience working in a similar finance environment
Ideally studying mid to later stages ACCA/CIMA
Ability to manage working effectively
