We are looking for an experienced and qualified Head Chef to organize the kitchen's activities.You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.
Salary/Package- Up to £50,000k (Base salary + Tronc)

- Minimise wastage and encourage creative thinking
- Similar role within a busy multi outlet hotel
- Be up to date with current food styles & trends
- Adhere to food safety legislation
- Ensure good kitchen planning to enable a troublefree service and customer satisfaction
- Be a problem solver, ready to come up with onthespot solutions
- Manage ordering and controlling of stock
- Maintain company GP %
