Sales Support

Worthing - hybrid, 2 days office

Up to £24,000

An office-based customer service/sales support opportunity with Hunters' client, a leasing energy company.

You will be passionate about renewable, green energy, and very much a team player who is keen to make a difference to the local community.

You willbe the main gatekeeper for new customers coming into the business.

FT - Monday to Friday


Customer Support - duties

  • Validate verbal and paper contracts which are submitted via our sales portal
  • Take phone calls from our broker channel and customers, dealing with a range of enquiries

Customer Support - the fit

  • Preferably has knowledge about the energy sector
  • Experience of working in a fastpaced customer contact environment
  • Accuracy on written communication, spelling, grammar
  • Confident and able to objection handle
  • Professional on the phone, but with the "human touch"
