in #Largs **are looking for patient, bubbly and outgoing new colleagues to join their team on a part-time hours per week) basis.

For these vacancies we will need you to hold a full manual driving licence as the individual that you'll support loves getting out and about in his car.


The Role


You'll become part of a friendly, fun team that supports a young man who has Autism to live in his own home.

Your main aim will be supporting him with his day to day needs which involves shopping, finances, cooking, housework and medication.

As this young man enjoys being active and getting out and about in his local community, we'll also need you to be enthusiastic and creative in supporting him with his hobbies and interests which include swimming, walking, arts & crafts and drives in his car.


About you


You don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferable skills We'll pay you for your training and give you all the practical skills you'll need.

We'll even fund your SVQ (SCQF level 5/6) qualification too

**All we'll need you to bring is: - **- A full UK, manual driving licence

  • Great communication skills
  • A caring attitude and approach
  • Confidence to go in the water as swimming is a regular activity
  • The ability to cook
  • A positive approach to learning
  • Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns


We support this young gentleman 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and shift patterns typically fall into patterns of hours (includes a sleepover) or hours and will include weekend and public holiday working on a rotational basis.


Our sleepovers don't form part of your contracted hours, so you will be paid an additional £84 for every sleepover you work
