Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join the business based out of their Sidcup Dealership.


As a Customer Care Consultant you will:

  • Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.
  • Build report and go that extra mile for our customers, ensuring that the customer is 100% happy.
  • Talk and listen to our customers to understand their needs and accurately qualify their requirements, overcoming any objections and ensuring we try everything in our power to win them back.
  • Maximise outbound calls to their potential, proactively booking all customers to 100% of target and achieving all daily KPIs
To be a Customer Care Consultant

  • Superb telephone communication skills via phone
  • Excellent levels of customer service
  • Computer literate
  • Have experience in sales ideally over the phone (ideal)
  • Precise planning and organisational skills
  • Work efficiently under pressure and to set targets
  • Be polite, friendly and persuasive
  • Have excellent rapport building skills
