Our Client, a leading car manufacturer are currently looking for a Customer Care Consultant to join the business based out of their Sidcup Dealership.
As a Customer Care Consultant you will:
- Understand the customer journey experience and be committed to delivering an unrivalled level of customer service.
- Build report and go that extra mile for our customers, ensuring that the customer is 100% happy.
- Talk and listen to our customers to understand their needs and accurately qualify their requirements, overcoming any objections and ensuring we try everything in our power to win them back.
- Maximise outbound calls to their potential, proactively booking all customers to 100% of target and achieving all daily KPIs
- Superb telephone communication skills via phone
- Excellent levels of customer service
- Computer literate
- Have experience in sales ideally over the phone (ideal)
- Precise planning and organisational skills
- Work efficiently under pressure and to set targets
- Be polite, friendly and persuasive
- Have excellent rapport building skills
- Excellent basic salary £25,000

Our client is a leading car automotive dealership in the UK specialising in Japanese brands, they currently employ over 500 people across 11 retail dealerships and are looking to expand even further.

£25,000.00 per year
