Salary:
£115 per day (£27,600 per annum)

Overview:
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Removals Driver/Porter on behalf of one of our clients.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Safely and efficiently load and unload furniture and belongings onto our vehicles, ensuring secure packaging and protection during transit.
  • Drive company vehicles to transport goods to designated locations, following road safety regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and ensuring a stressfree and excellent moving experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, coordinating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment in the vehicle and at customers' premises.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
  • Embody and promote our core values in all interactions and tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physical fitness and ability to safely lift and handle heavy items.
  • Valid UK driving license with a clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional service.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Familiarity with road safety regulations and traffic laws.
  • Flexibility to work on weekdays, occasional weekends, and overtime as required.
