About Our Client:

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be:

  • Handle customer inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information in the database.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies for customer service.
  • Work closely with team members to meet customer service goals.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Please note this is a fully office based role

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and databases.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
  • A commitment to provide excellent customer service at all times.
