Award winning law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

Handling a wideranging caseload of conveyancing matters
Remortgages
Sales and purchase
Registered and unregistered land
Lease assignments
Shared ownership
Liaising with clients and external professionals
Solicitors, conveyancers, legal executives with at least 4 plus years' experience in a similar conveyancing role
Able to handle a technical caseload with mínimal supervision
Strong IT skills
Works well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
A team player
Personable and detailorientated
An excellent communicator both written and verbally
