What you will need to do

  • To train, develop and grow into experienced Wealth Planning Client Service Executive.
  • To be able to provide proactive and efficient administration support to Wealth Planners, Para Planners and team colleagues, in support of customer service excellence for new and existing clients.
  • Obtain and understand information and quotations required by Wealth Planners/Para-Planners to enable them to research the client's needs prior to recommendations, as and when required.
  • Learn to process new business from submission to completion in adherence to the service standards and operational Wealth Planning procedures and activity management.
  • Learn to process and understand all the key servicing elements in support of our client's needs and objects. Surrenders, Withdrawals & Income payments as an example.
  • Understand and follow compliant record keeping in the electronic folders and within Intelligent Office, T24 and Folio as appropriate.
  • Carry out all client administration in line with the compliance guidance as well as central policies and updates and department standard operating procedures.
  • Keep Wealth Planners up to date with relevant information relating to client issues.
  • Deal with incoming telephone calls relating to the above duties, and take messages for colleagues.
  • Attend regular team meetings.
  • Effectively communicate with Head of Wealth Planning Administration making them aware of any problems or worries in relation to carrying out own duties.

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for

  • A-C grade GCSE, or equivalent, in Mathematics and English
  • Higher Education qualification preferred.
  • Be prepared to study towards industry qualifications as you grow and develop in your role in support of your training and development in becoming a fully competent member of the Wealth Planning Support Team
  • Good IT skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite

Job Types:

Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
