Learning & Development Manager (Finance Function)


Our client:

Duration: 12 months

Pay type:
Umbrella company, Inside IR35, Daily rate


Global Finance is one of the key Functions which forms the common core of our client's operating model and approach.

With 1,500 colleagues worldwide, and spanning several different sub functions, this is a varied and global role that spans many differentLearning and Development activities, and levels within the Finance Function.

What will your individual contribution at our client be?

  • You will be a key player within Finance Learning and Development, Early Talent and Communications Team
  • Responsible for delivering the Learning and Development Activities within the Finance Function, you will:
  • Update existing, and deliver new, Learning and Development internal resources (e.g. Finance Directors Handbook)
  • Deliver learning programs (in conjunction with external suppliers and internal stakeholders), e.g.
- eLearning activities

  • Learning Academy Events for senior and middle management
  • Develop programs for key skills priority areas (e.g. Digital Skills, Presentation and Personal Impact)
  • Update the Finance Competency Model, and appropriate assessment tools
  • Be the main point of contact for external learning and development suppliers
  • Lead or support other Learning and Development activities
  • Contribute to developing the capability / Learning and Development approach for the Finance Function
  • In addition, you may be required to help support the running of Early Talent programs for the Finance function (e.g. Graduate Program, Summer Interns
