We are excited to be recruiting for a dedicated Technical Information Officer to join our Art & Design team based in our Barnsley location.

Scope of the Role

This position will suit a data-minded professional who is seeking a new challenge and has the desire to make a difference.

As Technical Information Officer you will be responsible for the provision of product data to our customers, sustainability data reporting, and co-ordination of packing configurations for external suppliers.

This position reports to the Packaging Design Manager and will collaborate closely with most internal functions as well as our customers and external supply chain.

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for the research, collation and supply of technical information to Perrigo's customers
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers to deliver high service level
Working with external suppliers to develop efficient packaging solutions
Storage and maintenance of packaging data to support artwork/SKU projects
Creating and running sustainability data reports

Experience Required
Minimum Requirements

Experience querying and verifying data from multiple sources
Ability to build and maintain data sources
Excellent customer service skills
Advanced Excel skills
Ability to balance variable workload in a fastpaced environment
Knowledge of manufacturing, packing & distribution, and artwork processes preferable
