Position Summary

Magellan Aerospace, Llay Wrexham has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Admin.

6 Months - Temporary Position

39 hours per week.


Job location:
Llay, Wrexham, LL12 0PB.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


Actively support and contribute to the development of the Quality KPI "Packs" relating to Business Review, SORP and Quality Council.

Take a lead role in the document control process for the Wrexham facility.

Where required, produce relevant concessions for client review.

Support the administration of audits and their report out.

Support the SQE in the development of specific customer submission packs.

Work with a minimum amount of supervision and maintain a good level of productivity at all times

Work in a safe manner in compliance with the company Health & Safety policy and procedures. Report and log Health & Safety incidents that occur.

Any other reasonable duties as requested by management in support of the business.


Skill/Knowledge Requirements:


Academic:

Good level of education and must be computer literate


Experience:

Experience working in an aerospace or manufacturing environment preferable but not essential

Experience of Microsoft Office packages


Key Competencies:

Strong communications, both written and verbal

Ability to work to deadlines
