About The Role:

Security Receptionist

London, EC3A

£15.50 per hour

Monday - Friday

08:00 - 17:30
A fantastic opportunity has arisen within Bidvest Noonan for a Security Receptionist who will work at our client's premises.

Duties as a Security Receptionist

To act as a focal point for all daytoday operations, contact and information
Maintain Security awareness all the time & work alongside other members of the Security team
Effectively dealing with all enquiries and visitor interactions at the front desk and contacting colleagues when visitors arrive
Access & egress controls to ensure no unauthorized persons are on site
Answer incoming calls or internal calls from colleagues and visitors
Receive & pass on mail deliveries to the relevant individual
Assist in the preparation of meetings & facilities
Respond to alarms and act in accordance with emergency procedures
Maintain all records related to reception duties

Job Role Requirements as a Security Receptionist

Fully comprehensive 5year work/education history
Excellent communication & organisational skills
Excellent customer service & administration skills
Security awareness
Previous experience in a similar role
