Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the management of a commercial real estate backed loan portfolio for a number of major financial institution clients.
  • Analyse property cash flows, compliance certificates, service charge accounts, recoverable / non recoverable costs and Budgets, to identify trends or risks to be reported to the client.
  • Assist with the analysis of borrower draw requests on a portfolio of development loans.
  • Assist with the preparation of Quarterly Asset Reviews and other property / loan reports as may be required from time to time.
  • Board loan data to client systems on a periodic basis.
  • Develop an understanding of real estate finance, debt processes and all finance documents, together with different obligations / undertakings contained in these documents.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or other financial or property related area.
  • Strog interest in real estate debt.
  • Solid analytical skills with interim to advanced level ability of Excel.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills and must work well within a team.
  • Have the personality and resilience to thrive in a fast moving and pressurised environment and be driven/determined to see tasks through to completion.
