Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients
  • Communicate with healthcare providers, patients, and their families to ensure proper care coordination
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records
  • Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
  • Provide support and guidance to patients and their families regarding healthcare options and resources
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Monitor patient progress and make appropriate adjustments to care plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and guidelines

Skills:


  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
