This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, dynamic Renewals Specialists to join their team

Role:

Oversee the entire renewal lifecycle ensuring accurate processing and timely execution
Collaborate with the sales team on opportunity management and corrections to optimize renewal outcomes
Proactively engage with clients at least 90 days prior to renewal dates to ensure a smooth renewal process and identify opportunities
Assist clients with inquiries related to licensing, renewal maintenance and invoicing, providing exceptional customer service at all times
Cultivate strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for expansion

Requirements:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Excellent organisational skills
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Selfmotivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small)
