This is an exciting opportunity for graduates as they are now searching for ambitious, dynamic Renewals Specialists to join their team

Role:

  • Oversee the entire renewal lifecycle ensuring accurate processing and timely execution
  • Collaborate with the sales team on opportunity management and corrections to optimize renewal outcomes
  • Proactively engage with clients at least 90 days prior to renewal dates to ensure a smooth renewal process and identify opportunities
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to licensing, renewal maintenance and invoicing, providing exceptional customer service at all times
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for expansion

Requirements:


  • Educated to degree level
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Selfmotivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some selling experience (no matter how small)
