This is a home-based field sales role looking after around 70 trading accounts, with a turnover of approximately £500,000.
Calling on approx. 8 customers per day
The Territory Manager will be responsible for their own appointment making and managing their journey planner.
There is a lot of potential to up sell within the existing client base, and to grow down trading or lapsed accounts.
You will be dealing with the decision maker of the business this can be anybody from the head chef, manager, buyer, and owner.
You will have complete autonomy over your customers. You will also have the power to negotiate within the margins that you have.
Market:
The Primary function will beSelling into a diverse range of end users such as social clubs to pubs, restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, hospitals, colleges, leisure facilities, garden centres and contract caterers.
Split between New & Established: 70% account management and 30% new business.
. Person The recruiting manager looks for enthusiasm and professional Characters**Background: Salesperson who is a foodie or a strong Chef that has the ability for sales or somebody that has an interest/experience in selling into the independent HORECA sector.
