Haywards Heath, (RH16)


Salary:
£32,000 - £50,000 dependent on experience


Our client, as part of their expansion, are now looking to add to their growing team by recruiting a
Chartered Surveyor.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with two of the most experienced and respected agricultural valuers and consultants in the south of England, and to get involved in a diverse and interesting range of rural consultancymatters.


Responsibilities:


  • You will be involved in a diverse and interesting range of rural consultancy matters
    including agricultural valuations, landlord and tenant matters, BPS and environmental stewardship, development land and compulsory purchase:
  • You will be working on existing instructions
  • Identify, secure and deliver new business opportunities
  • Develop new work streams
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of a thriving independent and multidisciplined company

Requirements:


  • Be MRICS qualified
  • Have experience within the rural sector
  • Be able to provide recommendations to clients based on technical knowledge and experience
  • Have an affinity with and knowledge of farming and the agricultural community
  • Have a driving licence and use of a car
  • CAAV Fellowship would be desirable
