As a key member of HR, you will be supporting the wider team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, getting the opportunity to have hands-on experience with the whole employee lifecycle.
You will play a role in maintaining HR records and databases so that we can monitor and evaluate accurate data to support business improvements.
Within our HR function, you will have involvement in a wide array of tasks with every day being different, you will gain experience in employee relations, learning & development, and operations as well as dealing with frontline problems first-hand.
As an apprentice, you will be exposed to all areas of HR to set you up to be a confident professional in your field.

What You'll Need
- A strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to pursue a career in the field
- Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent
- 5 GCSE including English and Maths Grade C/4 or above
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Communication skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Assessment Day
As part of our selection process, you may be invited to attend an assessment centre day so that we can get to know you a little better and show you how our business operates.
