As a Senior Credit Controller, you will work alongside our On Demand sales teams to manage the outstanding balances due from our clients and brokers.

This is a 2 month FTC.

Your Responsibilities:

Assist the On Demand Manager with ensuring that all funds are collected, accounts are reconciled and queries resolved.
Support On Demand team in preparation of the AR report.
Building and maintaining relationships with clients and Sales team, facilitating greater efficiency in payments and query resolutions.
Support cash posting team by providing necessary information and booking invoices in Global View daily.
Investigate, manage, and resolve all disputes quickly and efficiently inorderto collect funds.
Monitor AR chat in Webex and promptly reply to all queries.
Facilitating payment and repayment plans with customers that are in default of payment terms and initiating legal proceedings if necessary.
Maintaining ALL Cash file on daily basis.
Ensuring compliance with the company credit policy, business processes and Sarbanes
Oxley requirements.
Identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement in existing procedures and processes consistent with company policies and procedures.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:

Experience gained in credit control, including knowledge of merchant credit card processes.
Advanced Excel skills.
A highly committed selfstarter that is able to own their own projects and integrate with our team.
You're able to meet tight deadlines, while maintaining an impeccable attention to detail.
Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
Excellent standard of written and spoken English additional language skills beneficial.
