Description

My client based in the Pershore area is looking to recruit a Facilities Maintenance person on a Permanent basis.

The main function of the role is to ensure the sites grounds, buildings and equipment are maintained

The main responsibilities associated with the role include

Maintain company equipment and facilities
Maintain buildings and grounds to ensure they are safe and fit for purpose
Provide minor repairs where possible
Liaise with external contractors and agencies to support the upkeep of the facilities
Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to all times

- previous experience in a similar role

Clean driving license as you will be required to visit other local sites using a company vehicle
Excellent communications skills
Enjoy working outdoors
Be prepared to upskill and take on additional training

The hours required are Sunday-Thursday, 8am-5pm and the salary on offer is up to £27,650
