Tiger Private have an exciting opportunity; for a Junior Auditor/ Bookkeeper to support an UHNW individual with his Private expenses.


A good knowledge of supporting an UHNW client in a Family Office or Private Household environment will be key and good working relationships will need to be formed with all Household staff.


Key elements of the role:

  • Administer the expense policy
  • Monitor personal and corporate cards
  • Provide reports broken up by cost centre to help analyse and report upon expenses.

Duties will include:

  • Keep all of the Principals finances in order. This includes paying bills, logging everything into running weekly, monthly quarterly reports to share with staff and Principal as required
  • Keep in touch regularly with the Principals accountant
  • Work closely with all the household staff in the Principals properties to ensure all their expenses are accounted for (against the receipts they submit)
  • Work side by side with the Principals Head of Operations who oversees the running of everything. As a you will be reporting to the Head directly and be the 'eyes on the ground' this is an important relationship
  • Have access to the Principals accounts and be responsible for reconciling every account at the end of every month
  • You would be expected to run reports on forecasted budget costs against actual payments made at the end of every month
  • Work with the accountants in to pay the salaries of staff
  • Take on all finance admin as designated regarding utilities associated with each property and setting up direct debits etc
  • Send all household staff their credit card statements at the end of every month and reconcile
This will be a remote role, however you may be required to travel into London to meet with the Head of Operations
