Jenson Fisher are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with our client based in Perth to recruit a permanent Part Time Accounts Assistant into their established team.

Working circa 18 hours per week, split over 3 days although this is negotiable, asthe Accounts Assistant you will assist with the daily transactions for multiple companies across the Group setup.

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Purchase ledger processing including matching, batching and coding of invoices.
  • Sales ledger including issuing statements.
  • Supplier statement reconciliations on a monthly basis.
  • Processing payments on a daily basis.
  • Maintaining a record of all deliveries and undertaking a cost analysis as required.
  • Daily use of Sage accounting software and Microsoft Office including Excel.
  • General administrative support as required to ensure the smooth running of the busy office.
  • Industry specific accounting and administrative tasks.

To be considered, you must have previous experience including purchase and sales ledger alongside a general understanding of bookkeeping processes and procedures.

Whilst previous, recent use of Sage and Excel would be advantageous, full training will be providedon all company software and IT systems.
