Visual design is the first impression consumers will have of our product—it is actually arguably the most important impression it'll make.
Users will decide whether to trust the credibility of a website/app based more upon its visual cues than its actual content.
Additionally, it is one of the strongest ties a designer can use for effectual branding.So what exactly would you be responsible for?
You'll inject empathy & creativity into the work of a multidisciplinary team of designers, product owners & engineers, ensuring customer focus through everything they do.
What do we need to see from applicants?- Proven & demonstrable background in visual design for mid
- to large
- scale projects
- Skills in:
competitor analysis, concepting, work-shopping, visual design across multiple channels (iOS and Android) and mobile and web, prototyping, sketching skills.- Experience of working within design systems.- Experience of supporting user research activities.- Proficiency with industry standard design & business tools such as: Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, InVision, - The ability to handle key colleagues in the business who come from digital and non-digital backgrounds.
What we like- Understand the user goals, mind-set and the context for use.- Understand and map out intuitive steps in processes, e.g.
user flows.- Structure information delivery throughout the journey, defining page types, design goals, etc.- Build consistent design and interaction techniques across channels, e.g.

Location & Ways of working:
Our team works out of our London hub therefore we'll need you to be based a commutable distance from this area.
