Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:


  • Identifying and developing client/business relationships
  • Attracting and onboarding new clients through marketing, business development, and networking
  • Develop a strong recruitment strategy, both in terms of finding clients and individual client resourcing needs
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
  • Managing the process through the interview to offer stage and beyond
  • Offering CV, interview, and general career advice
  • Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
  • Meeting or beating targets for bringing new business leads or billings
