Are you an experienced Finance Director with in depth knowledge of corporate finance, laws and best practices available to support the Chairman of a business with a wide and interesting portfolio of businesses 1 day a week.

I am looking for a strategic finance professional to assist the group and advise on future investments, acquisitions and objectives for this successful business, guiding it to increased profitability and long term success.

Duties will include:

Drive the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks
Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and investors
Business strategy
Business Plans
Companies' structures
Tax advice on all the above from a ground level
Acquisitions
Business target & objectives for wider group and individual projects
Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to upper executives

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as director of finance or similar role
Indepth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices
Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
An analytical mind with a strategic ability
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus
