The Calderdale Vision is to realise your potential whoever you are, whether your voice has been heard or unhear in the past.

Calderdale is a place defined by kindness and resilience where people care for each other, are able to recover from setbacks and are full of hope.

Within the Calderdale Safeguarding Partnerships the ambition is for children, adults and families to be safe, protected from harm and to promote their wellbeing.

To realise the ambition of the two partnerships in Calderdale - the Safeguarding Adult Board and the Safeguarding Children Partnership are looking to recruit an Inspection Readiness Officer to support with evidencing how services safeguard and have positive impacts on children and adults in the community.

This includes gathering evidence and demonstrating the effectiveness of multi-agency working, how organisations identify and respond to safeguarding issues, and how they work together to improve outcomes for children, adults and families in Calderdale.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff to share this commitment.

Applicants will require a DBS from the Disclosure and Barring Service before the appointment is confirmed.
