Description
Our established client In Bolton require Administration support on a part-time temporary basis.

Duties to include but not limited to

  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Typing and recording information onto Databases
  • Covering Reception
  • Answering the phones
  • Taking messages
  • Arranging appointments for delivery and for pickup of equipment
  • Receiving visitors and providing/requesting basic information in a courteous and correct manner to promote a positive image
  • Receiving and responding to everyday enquiries from/to customers, escalating requests outside one's knowledge base to the appropriate person/area
  • Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Office Word Excel
  • Must have good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Ability to exchange basic information verbally or in writing

Salary £12.25 Per Hour

Contract Length - 2Months+
