An exciting opportunity has arisen as part of the expansion of the Endoscopy service to become part of our administrative support team based at the Friarage Hospital, Northallerton.

Based in the brand new Endoscopy Unit opening at our Friarage site, now is an exciting time to become part of our growing Endoscopy Administration team supporting the growth and development of the service.

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role at the start of our patient's journey as you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Working closely with our booking team and nursing staff you will help to deliver an outstanding patient experience.

We are looking for people who have excellent inter-personal skills to help put our patients at the heart of our service.

You'll be meticulous and organised and able to manage your own workload.

Communicating directly with patients to ensure that we are meeting their needs you'll be a role model for the Trust values of being Respectful, Supportive and Caring both to your patients and other colleagues.
