Construction Recruitment Consultant


Location:
Thorpe Astley, Leicester


Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum plus fantastic bonuses


Responsibilities:


  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish
  • Meeting and exceeding KPIs and targets
  • Providing a high level of customer service to all stakeholders

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in recruiting for the construction industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service
