Our Way Leeds is looking for Housing Support Workers


The service provides a wide range of support and accommodation for young people aged 16 to 20 living in Leeds.

As a Housing Support Worker, you will play a key role in our clients' journeys to independent living.


You will work creatively to carry out care plans designed to make young users of our service thrive in a safe and stable home.


Your responsibilities will include building supportive relationships, assisting with the creation and implementation of support plans, collaborating with fellow team members, and working independently when necessary.


If you have

  • Experience working with vulnerable young people aged 16 to 20
  • Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviour and motivate positive change
  • Knowledge of housing options and relevant procedures
  • Proficiency in recordkeeping and administration
