My client are a high end residential developer, they pride themselves on providing a 5* customer service at all times, they are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team who is able to deliver this.


Day to day duties:

  • Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to customers
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service even when put under pressure
  • Booking in operatives to complete repairs works and ensuring that work is completed
  • Signing off defects once work is complete
  • Providing face to face customer service support to customers
  • Diagnosing repair under warranty period

Mandatory experience:

  • 1 years + experience working for a housing company
  • UK Drivers license to visit developments
  • Proven employment stability
