Our client is a
leasehold property management and surveying services specialist based in
Newhaven and they are currently looking to recruit an
Accounts Administrator to join their friendly team.


You will be
working closely with the Accounts Manager, ensuring all
administrative duties are taken care of and the department runs smoothly.


To be considered, you
will ideally have some experience within a property administration/accounts administration role, be
highly organised, numerate, and happy to perform other duties within the company from time to time.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Assisting in chasing any outstanding service charges and Ground Rent invoices as per the terms of the Lease
  • Chasing all service charges and Ground Rent arrears
  • Assisting in collating and reviewing the financial information for the Year End Accounts
  • Data entry on the software package for any new blocks
  • Uploading all invoices onto the software and paying within a timely manner
  • Reconciling of the banking transactions against the software and submitting monthly reconciliations for approval.

Personal specification:


  • Experience within an administrative role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Communication skills
  • Numerate
  • Team player.
This position comes a
salary of £20,000 to £22,000 **depending on experience.
